Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post with goods being dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of an order. Goods are sent express but can sometimes take up to 3 days in transit, check your transit time here). Orders are ONLY shipped during weekdays (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on a Monday, will be sent on a Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be sent within 2 working Days.
Delivery costs for an order is governed by Australia Posts delivery system and rates may change at any time. We will endeavour to upgrade our system to ensure these rates are kept accurate.
You will be emailed notification when your order has been shipped, so that you are aware of the progress of your order. All international orders will receive a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are usually not activated until 6pm the day of shipment. The online tracking service is NOT powered by Sekhem.com.au and we are not responsible for the delay in the information provided by the online tracking service.
Orders can be shipped to your home, work or any other physical address you specify including P.O boxes.
We are not experts when it comes to packaging products but we will do our utmost to ensure that all goods are packed with the utmost care in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes (where appropriate) so that products arrive to you unbroken and in good order.
Our couriers are instructed to leave your order in a safe place if there is nobody available to sign for it. Please have a look at our Delivery Areas page to confirm if we can deliver to your door.
Shipping internationally is either via Fedex door to door courier or Australia Post International express post service. For all international shipments, there may be a delay in order confirmations on-line while international freight rates are calculated. In most cases, a Sekhem.com.au representative will be contact with you directly.
We guarantee that your Sekhem.com.au products arrive safely. If they are broken or damaged and cannot be used, please email us a photo and we will replace the products and re-send at no charge.
